We wanted to repair our severely pitted garage floor from 60 years of snow and salt drippings. We considered doing it ourselves but knew we would never be able to get the floor even because of the poor shape of concrete. We found some companies that do this new concrete repair and coating with a product that is supposed to be so much better than the epoxy coatings like what you can buy at any home improvement store. We called a few different places while planning this renovation and had estimates. As we compared the companies PolyPro stood out from the rest for many reasons. First, the salesman that visited our home did not give us the feeling that he had the same training as a car dealer. The others, especially one from Cleveland, spent so much time insisting if I didn't commit to the deal right then I would lose some of the discounts he provided he said "because my time is valuable and if I have to drive all the way back out here to get the deposit you will have to pay for it". Noah, our salesman from PolyPro, was very professional and explained every step of the process with us. He did not seem to rush us as we took some time to understand everything. Not once did he say anything to make us feel pressure to commit right away. Several things got our attention when considering PolyPro. Their price was slightly lower than the other, high pressure, company. Something that definitely got our interest in PolyPro was the warranty. They have a lifetime, fully transferrable, warranty on the flooring. If any issues arise it just takes a phone call and repairs are made with no additional charge. This will surely be something prospective buyers of our home will appreciate. The Cleveland company only offered a 15 year warranty We were able to take a few days to consider. Noah suggested we call him if we decided to use PolyPro. There was never any pressure to decide. No follow up phone calls attempting to get our business. When we decided we just called Noah and he emailed a link for us to make the down payment and we were scheduled. The crew showed up on a Tuesday as promised and began the work right away. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the concrete pad in our garage which caused them to need to reschedule the rest of the job. Fearing it would be a month or more before they could return I was pleasantly surprised to find out they planned their schedules to allow for unknown issues like our "wet" concrete. The same crew was quickly scheduled to return on Saturday. They returned and finished grinding down the concrete, treated the areas needed and performed the final grinding. They left our home after about 4 hours with a brand new smooth and level floor. It has been nearly 2 months since our install and still are very happy with the results. It still looks as good as the day they finished. We are so glad we chose PolyPro and will surely use them again should we need any other concrete surfaces repaired.
