My garage concrete floor of 30+ years turned into cracks and rubbles to a point I could not stand it anymore. I contacted Polypro and they responded quickly and set up appointment. Noah showed up and presented solutions. He did a good job of giving enough details and also price reference from other companies, which saved me hassles to do the shop-around myself. After all the discount, the price seemed to be reasonable for a 420 sq ft garage floor treatment. It's a big decision as I have a lot of stuff in the garage that needs to be moved out. I ended up renting a 10ft u-Haul as the temporary storage solution. I need to keep the u-Haul for 5 days for the coating to cure. So that's additional cost you have to consider. it's quite a bit chore to move all the stuff out of the garage for the prep. I also removed the baseboard per their recommendation. The installation date came and Humberto and Christian showed up on time around 7:40 am. They did the mending first, then grinded the top surface, then applied base coat, flakes and the final coat. They worked non-stop for over 7 hours to get it done. They used dust vacuum so I didn't see a lot of dusts. They did exactly what laid out in the contract and showed professionalism. Great job. It's a day and night difference once it's done. It carries a limited lifetime warranty but you need to read the fine print. Any chemical corrosion or negligence would not be covered. Vertical coating on the side wall is for appearance and also is not covered. The warranty is not transferable. Overall I'm glad I finally made the call to have it done.
